Luchazi Grammar Luchazi (Lucazi, antonym: Chiluchazi ) is a Bantu language of Angola , Democratic Republic of Congo, Namibia and Zambia .  The language belongs to Ciokwe-Luchazi (K.13) class of the Niger-Congo languages (Language code: ISO 639-3 lch). Luchazi is the principal language of the Ngangela  Group.  The Luchazi belong to a cluster of Bantu people called the  Ngangela . Geographically, the Ngangela are found in the following provinces of Angola: Bie, Moxico, Cuando-Cubango and Cunene.  Ngangela simply means the source of the sun or place of the rising sun; there is an old Luchazi saying, "Mu Ngangela mu na tili mu na ce" meaning when the place of the rising sun is red, it is dawn.
